As a newly appointed yacht broker at Pacific Boats & Yachts, Captain Tom Britton brings a wealth of experience to his new position, including owning a yacht dealership in Washington for ten years, selling Catalina Sailboats, Monk Trawlers and a wide variety of used sail and powerboats.

Starting out in upstate New York, Tom fished and cruised in the Great Lakes, Chesapeake Bay in Maryland, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, before landing in Northwest Washington.

When he wasn’t selling boats, Tom explored Puget Sound in a Grady White, then a Tollycraft, before convincing his wife to move aboard a 50' sailboat. He also delivered boats between Seattle and Juneau, Alaska. After ten years of visiting their son on the Big Island, he and his wife moved to Waikoloa three years ago. “I have a passion for helping people find the boat of their dreams,” said Britton.

“We are excited to be adding a broker with Tom’s experience and knowledge especially with Catalina Yachts, for which we are the exclusive dealers in Hawaii,” said Rick Gaffney, Managing Broker at Pacific Boats & Yachts, LLC.
