EBDG Seattle Continues Staff Growth

Elliott Bay Design Group (EBDG) welcomed two new additions to its Seattle team: Engineer Kurt Jankowski and Designer Justin Jones.

Kurt Jankowski comes to EBDG with broad education in naval architecture and marine engineering in addition to experience in boat and ship construction. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a BSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering and earned his MSE in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in April 2013. Kurt's experience includes engineering internships in Shanghai, China and South Korea, and most recently running his own company where he designed and tested new technologies for underwater 3D imaging and developed affordable, remotely-operated vehicles for the consumer market.

Justin Jones is a dynamic, rising CAD Designer and Industrial Designer who comes to EBDG with strong leadership, organizational and management skills. He graduated with honors from the Lake Washington Institute of Technology where he became highly proficient in state-of-the art design techniques. Justin's professional experience includes work as a design lead in charge of product development and oversight of CAD models including model conversions and inspection.
