The Ace Winch Academy has received accreditation for the delivery of its training programs from the internationally recognized training authority, City & Guilds.


The accreditation is a major milestone for the Ace Winch Academy in achieving its aims to be the global leader in the provision of proficient, certified training programs, designed to suit the needs of both client and industry.


The Ace Winch Academy is located within Ace Winches’ global headquarters near Turriff, Aberdeenshire, and delivers accredited training from the base as well as from global onshore and offshore client facilities.


City & Guilds Regional Manager for Scotland, Mr Robert Bruce commented on the Ace Winch Academy’s achievement with: “I am proud that City & Guilds has taken the decision to accredit the training programs of Ace Winches. With access to leading technology and dedicated expertise this well appointed academy is an excellent example of industry led training services.”


City & Guilds work with over 10,000 centers and training providers in 80 countries around the world, offering more than 500 qualifications across 28 industries, and Ace Winches is delighted to be a part of this major international organization.
