International Yacht Collection (IYC) added Susan Flammia to its Luxury Yacht Vacation Division.

With yachting tenure that spans twenty years and broad experience in all aspects of the industry—both on land and at sea—Susan rejoins colleague Jennifer Saia in presenting and managing luxurious vacations for exclusive clientele through IYC. Her most recent post was at Yachting Partners International.

Susan began as a stewardess and quickly realized a passion for food. Soon becoming a chef, she went on to cooking aboard both charter and private yachts and experienced first-hand the rigors of crew work and the great benefits of travelling to exotic destinations near and far. In 1992, she transitioned to land-based support of luxury travel, founding “A Yachting Holiday,” the respected luxury travel venture. In addition to organizing client itineraries and vacation fulfillment, she personally travelled to varied destinations to ensure her clients’ expectations would be realized.

As an IYC Charter Agent, Susan works directly with the chartering public as well as travel agents, matching the perfect yacht to the precise needs of varied charter clients. This includes knowing the yachts and their crew in addition to extensive familiarization with global destinations. From initial inquiry to all aspects of the charter experience and logistic needs, Susan Flammia’s task is to fulfill the yachting dream seamlessly.
