US Navy Awards Program Support Contract to Noblis

Noblis to provide technical, engineering, & program management support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command.

Noblis, Inc., a leading nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization that helps clients solve complex scientific, systems, process, and infrastructure problems, announce they have been awarded a prime SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Under the contract, Noblis will provide a broad range of acquisition services and support,

The period of performance of the contract is from 12 July 2012 to 04 April 2014. As a prime contract holder on SeaPort-e, Noblis has the ability to compete for work in 21 of the 22 functional areas.

Noblis’ strong team of subcontractors, etaPartners; LLC, Horsley Witten Group, Inc.; Integrity Management Consulting, Inc.; IntelliTech Systems, Inc.; and Redhorse Corporation, is focused on providing high-quality services and solutions, technical excellence, and innovation to address the needs of the U.S. Navy and the SeaPort-e contract.

Noblis provides expert technical and advisory services in systems engineering, science and technology, program management, business and investment analysis, and acquisition services to government and industry. In addition to supporting the U.S. Navy, it supports organizations with critical national responsibility, including the Department of Homeland Security, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Labor, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
