Horizon Lines Sets Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

 

Horizon Lines, Inc. (OTCQB: HRZL) today announced that it has established a record date for its 2012 annual meeting of stockholders. The company's stockholders of record at the close of business on April 9, 2012, will be entitled to notice of the annual meeting and to vote upon matters considered at the meeting.  The annual meeting will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Thursday, June 7, 2012. Additional information regarding the annual meeting will be provided in the company's Notice of Annual Meeting, which is expected to be furnished to all stockholders of record in April 2012.
