Equiom Group announced the expansion of its yachting and aviation teams with the recruitment of Ayuk Ntuiabane and Grant Atchison.

Ayuk and Grant recently joined Equiom following its appointment as manager of the Moore Stephens Trust Company in the Isle of Man and will be working alongside Steve Cain, Edward Leigh and the existing teams based at Equiom’s headquarters in the Isle of Man.

The teams will work with clients and advisers to optimize the structures and business models required for the secure and cost-effective operation of yachts and aircraft, including the provision of effective VAT solutions. Their experience also extends to the proper importation and exportation of assets into the EU as well as overseeing the ongoing tax compliance requirements.

Equiom said plans are in place for the teams to promote its services at a range of global industry exhibitions, conferences and seminars, including high profile events EBACE (Geneva) in May and the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
