FMC Meeting, Tariff Rate Exemption

The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a notice stating that it will meet in open session in its offices on February 10 to consider, among other things, a petition from the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America for exemption from mandatory rate tariff publication. (2/3/10).

The meeting will be held Feb. 10, 2010, 10:00 a.m. at 800 North Capitol Street, N.W., First Floor Hearing Room, Washington, D.C.
