Drum Cussac's maritime security market share grew by 50 percent in 2013
In the second half of 2013, the number of secured transits conducted by Drum Cussac, using both armed and un-armed security consultants, was 16% up on the same period in 2012.

Although pirate attacks have fallen in the Indian Ocean and the Gulf of Aden, where we are prevalent, and there have been no incidents of pirates taking a vessel hostage since May 2012, we are still very conscious there is a latent threat. We at Drum Cussac continue to adjust with the changes in the market to be a safe pair of hands for our clients."
Drum Cussac does not only protect commercial shipping, yachts and super yachts but also provides protection and security for oil and gas installations worldwide.

Drum Cussac recently gained certification to ISO PAS 28007 for excellence in private maritime security provision.
