ABB Intends to Spin Off Its Turbocharging Business

ABB announced its intention to spin off Accelleron (formerly ABB Turbocharging) turbocharging division, by way of a dividend in kind of Accelleron Industries Ltd’s shares to ABB’s shareholders.
