Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A. (TMHU) said it has promoted Tom Lego and Scott Redelman to its national management teams.

Tom Lego has been promoted to national manager of training and the customer center, where he will spearhead all TMHU training initiatives and oversee the Customer Center. Lego joined Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing (TIEM) in 1991 with positions in production control, purchasing and kaizen project management before joining TMHU in 2011 as the customer center manager. In the past year, Lego has also led the technical training team.
Scott Redelman has been promoted to national manager of Toyota Lean Management and will head Toyota’s efforts to develop the Toyota dealer network with the goal of teaching Toyota customers to practice lean principles and logistics. In addition to his role with Toyota Lean Management, Redelman will lead the development of an internal lean management training program.
