Samson reported it has again received the Circle of Excellence Award given to companies earning the distinction of Customer Satisfaction Excellence from the National Business Research Institute (NBRI).

In 2014 NBRI conducted a survey on behalf of Samson to measure customer satisfaction and provided survey results which revealed trends unique to Samson customers along with benchmark survey results against other companies within an industry classification.

To qualify for the Circle of Excellence award, Samson scored above the 75th percentile when measured against NBRI’s Benchmarking Database. The 2014 survey showed an overall 5% improvement in customer satisfaction compared to a similar survey conducted by NBRI on behalf of Samson in 2011, with 97% of respondents indicating that they would recommend Samson to others.

Samson CEO Tony Bon said, "We are once again pleased to receive this recognition and to be rated so highly among industry peers. We continue to be most interested in how we are measuring up to the expectations of our customers. We are committed to providing the best customer experience in the industry and we are grateful to our customers and survey respondents for providing feedback to help us improve. Our goal remains continuous improvement and we are always striving for 100% customer satisfaction."
