Greene’s Energy Group, LLC (GEG), a provider of integrated testing, rentals and specialty services, has promoted Ricardo “BJ” Rivera to district manager for two Greene’s product lines – Testco Production BOP Testing and Guardian Wellhead Protection and Rentals, announced Frank Mathews, president of Greene’s rental and products business unit.
Based in Laredo, Texas, Rivera will oversee daily operations for two locations, conduct personnel training and development and continue to build and maintain client relationships.
Rivera worked at Testco for five years prior to the acquisition of the company. Upon joining Greene’s in 2013, Rivera was appointed district manager for the Testco Production BOP Testing Division. He will maintain the responsibilities of this role while he assumes the responsibilities of Guardian’s product line.
His previous experience in the energy industry includes a position as a chemical plant supervisor at Petro America Drilling Fluids, a cement supervisor at BJ Services and other BOP management roles.
