Hunt Joins Pettit Marine Paint Marketing Team

Pettit Marine Paint has announced  the addition of Margo Hunt to its management team. In her new role as Marketing and Sales Support Manager, Hunt will be responsible for creating and coordinating all aspects of marketing in the United States for the Pettit line of products.


With over 30 years of experience in the marine industry, Hunt began her prominent career in the parts, service and warranty department at a Fort Lauderdale boat dealership as a teenager.


Over the past three years – in her most recent post – Hunt provided sales and marketing expertise to several factories such as; Power Products, SeaStar, Lehr Outboards, Moeller, Taylor Made Products and Lumitec, who with her efforts, brought to market award-winning technologies. Prior to that, Hunt spent 13 years as Director of Operations in e-Commerce, business management software design and system integrations with Brunswick Boat Parts and Accessories Group, MarineMax and Dockmaster.


Passionate about the marine industry and her community, Hunt hosted and directed ‘Spotlight on Boating’, a southeastern Florida TV show, is a dedicated committee member of the Palm Beach Boat Parade benefitting Toys for Tots and was recognized as a Darlene Briggs – Marine Woman of the Year Nominee and presented with an ‘Award of Excellence’ 1995.
