Choice services include surveys, engineering, drawings, project management, equipment commissioning and startup and service. He will be located in Cleveland, Ohio and report directly to Mueller, CEO of Choice.

Prior to Choice, Dooley held numerous executive‐level leadership positions in the commercial maritime, offshore oil & gas, process control and manufacturing industries.
