 Lake Huron Chartering announce that criminal charges filed in Houston, Texas against three of its executives have been granted dismissal.

As of June 10, 2013, indictments and charges against Alireza Etessami, Gustavo Gimeno and Denny Martinez have been dropped.

The case dismissal numbers are listed here:

Gustavo Gimeno- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-003;
Alireza Etessami- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-002;
Denny Martinez- Affidavit Cause Number H-10-CR-00787-005

"During the entire U.S. federal investigation process, we held a firm, crystal-clear position that we acted in good faith, according to international guidelines and standards of the ocean cargo business," said Denny Martinez. "This was proven in federal court when the U.S. Attorney dismissed all the charges that had tarnished our names."

With the Houston situation now behind it, the group says it is planning to grow through its various associated companies in the short- and medium-term, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the company has made further investments in its ocean transportation fleet, opening up the possibility of reaching new routes and ports.
