China's Coal Consumption to Rise in 2019

China's coal consumption is set to rise slighly to 3.89 billion tonnes in 2019 from 3.87 billion tonnes last year, the president of the China National Coal Association said on Monday.

Wang Xianzheng made the forecast at an industry event in Beijing hosted by China Energy Investment Corp and the International Energy Agency.
