The Association of Bi-State Motor Carriers has recognized TRAC Intermodal as both the Best Overall Chassis Provider in the Port of New York-New Jersey and for Outstanding Customer Service for the third consecutive year. James Bowe, TRAC Intermodal’s Senior VP and Chief Commercial Officer, also received the Dick Jones Award for Outstanding Assistance and Customer Service.

When presenting the award, Bi-State Motor Carriers President Jeff Bader acknowledged that, "providing drivers with reliable, good quality equipment while offering responsive customer service is a key part of the port's ongoing growth and success."  He added, "Our members once again chose to recognize the outstanding efforts of TRAC Intermodal and honor them as the chassis provider who best fulfilled these demands during the past year."

TRAC has made significant investments in the NY-NJ market. Forty-five percent of TRAC's Metro Pool fleet has been upgraded with premium chassis, featuring OEM tires, LED lights and other high-quality components. TRAC continues to add premium quality equipment to the Metro Pool, making its fleet one of the most modern and reliable in the Port.

“We’re honored to receive this recognition from the Association of Bi-State Motor Carriers,” said Jennifer Polli, President and Chief Executive Officer at TRAC Intermodal. “We strive to provide TRAC customers with convenient access to high-quality equipment and best-in-class customer support to meet their needs for chassis safely and reliably.”
