TORM's CFO Resigns

December 14, 2018

Christian Søgaard-Christensen has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in TORM A/S. Christian Søgaard-Christensen has been with TORM since March 2010.

TORM will initiate a recruitment process for a new CFO. Christian Søgaard-Christensen will continue his normal duties as CFO in a transition period, however latest until November 31, 2019.
