Richards Joins North P&I

North P&I Club said it has appointed David Richards as Deputy Director (Cargo), part of the group’s specialist cargo claims team.

Richards, formerly a partner with Ince & Co and a Legal 500 recommended dispute resolution lawyer, is a specialist in commercial shipping and trade and brings a range of experience and expertise in dealing with commodities, bill of lading and charterparty contracts. Richards regularly lectures on all areas of shipping and trade law, as well as on litigation and arbitration generally and has a special interest in Japan and the Asia Pacific region.
