“Starboard has a strong foundation and is poised for growth and innovation,” said Ed Brennan. “The company’s experienced management team and dedicated employees provide a solid base. I’m particularly grateful to Ares Michaelides, who served as interim CEO throughout 2013. I’m proud to recognize Ares and the team for the great job they’ve done and will continue to do.” Michaelides has resumed his role as SVP of Finance and CFO.
