Long-term Charter for OSV 'SeaMar Splendid'

SeaMar Shipping awarded long term Inspection, Repair & Maintainance (IRM) contract by GDF Suez for its OSV 'SeaMar Splendid'.

The SeaMar Shipping vessel has been awarded a five-year contract with GDF SUEZ E&P Nederland B.V. to support its operations on the Dutch Shelf over the period 2013-2017 with a minimum 250 day per year commitment. This contract represents a significant step in SeaMar’s development.

The new charter begins from 1, March 2013 and the 'SeaMar Splendid' will be operating out of Den Helder, The Netherlands.
