IMTRA Restructures Management Team

IMTRA, a manufacturer and importer of marine products, announced its next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Eric Braitmayer. On January 1, 2014, Mr. Braitmayer, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), succeeded IMTRA’s longtime President and CEO, Nat Bishop. Mr. Bishop followed former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ned Rogerson and Controller Nancy Lyons into retirement in 2013, having together provided nearly 100 years of service to the company.

In addition to Mr. Braitmayer’s new role, former Commercial Sales Manager Alex Larsen has been promoted to vice president of commercial sales. Peter Kilgore retains his longtime role as president of IMTRA subsidiary Maximum Weather and succeeds Mr. Braitmayer as IMTRA’s vice president of marketing. Rounding out the management team is Vice President Sales Chip Farnham who will continue to manage customer relations and drive revenue generation, and Jeff Vancura who joined IMTRA in June 2013 as CFO.
