IMCA’s Central & South America Officials Elected

The first Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Central & South America Section of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) have been elected. Giorgio Martelli from Saipem is Chairman of the Section and Gilles Lafaye from Acergy is its Vice Chairman.
 
The new section, formed in 2009 and host of the IMCA Annual Seminar in Rio de Janeiro in November 2009, provides a forum for members to address local issues, network and both learn about and contribute to the association's global work program.
