Howell Laboratories Names Allen President, CEO

Howell Laboratories, Inc. announces the promotion of David G. Allen to President and Chief Executive Officer to succeed Paul A. Wescott, Howell’s President since 1977 who is retiring.
Allen has been with Howell since 1982 in a variety of positions, most recently as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and lives in Raymond with his wife and two children. Howell Laboratories, an employee owned company, is a leading supplier of specialized marine fluid processing machinery to the United States Navy and to Bath Iron works and the other Navy building yards. Its Shively Labs division is North America’s largest supplier of FM broadcast antennas, filters and combiners.
