Hemisphere GNSS Names Guo Interim President, CEO

Hemisphere GNSS announces management changes; Xinping Guo named interim president and chief executive officer
 
Hemisphere GNSS, Inc. today announced that Xinping Guo has been named interim president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Guo, who is also a member of the company’s board of directors, will lead Hemisphere as it conducts an executive search for a new president and chief executive officer.
 
Guo’s experience in GNSS OEM and direct sales market segments includes survey and mapping, GIS, machine control, marine, avionics, personal (mobile) navigation and tracking systems. He is Chairman and General Manager of Beijing UniStrong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. which owns 100 percent of Hemisphere GNSS, Inc. 
 
Hemisphere also announced the departure of Charles Joseph, the company’s previous president and CEO, effective today.
