It is being presented in 2014 in Seattle, London, Halifax, Perth and Auckland. Commercial and governmental ship owning organizations as well as many shipyards worldwide have already had the course presented to their staffs on multiple occasions. Another program, "The Port Engineers and Owner's Representatives Course," is being presented in New Orleans and Tampa in 2014 and is configured for the persons who prepare the ship owners' technical packages for ship construction, conversion or repair. It includes emphasis on specification preparation, inspection procedures and contract close-outs. The syllabus continues to evolve after about 100 prior presentations. Several government organizations have the course presented in-house every yea to enhance the professional training of their staff.
