ClassNK Opens Survey Office in Bahrain

ClassNK has opened a new exclusive survey office in Bahrain with operations commencing March 15, 2016. Bahrain is an island nation in the Persian Gulf and is home to the Middle East’s main ship repair yard. In addition, Khalifa bin Salman Port (KBSP), which opened in 2009, is becoming a major regional trans-shipment center.

Through the opening of the Bahrain office, ClassNK will improve the efficiency of its ship surveys in the Persian Gulf region.  ClassNK will continue to expand its worldwide survey office network in order to meet its clients’ requests and provide timely and high quality services.
