Bader Joins Martek of Palm Beach as CFO

Martek of Palm Beach, an industry-leading marine electronics engineering and support company based in Stuart, Fla., is pleased to announce the addition of marine business veteran Martin Bader as chief financial officer. Bader will be responsible for all financial operations of the company, which designs, installs and services electronics aboard super yachts and other vessels in the U.S. and abroad.

Bader holds a B.S. degree in accounting and finance from New York University and is a certified public accountant. He brings 41 years of management experience and business leadership to his new position. From 2007 to 2013, Bader was CFO of OceanView Technologies, a manufacturer of high-tech night vision equipment for the marine industry. From 1999-2013, he served as CFO and chief executive officer of VEI Technologies, the parent company of OceanView Technologies. For 10 years before that, he was CEO and chairman of the board of Technodyne, Inc.
