ACTION: Notice of proposed rulemaking.

The proposed update reflects changes in benchmark contractual wages and benefits and an adjustment for inflation. This rulemaking promotes the Coast Guard’s strategic goal of maritime safety.

DATES: Comments and related material must either be submitted to our online docket via http://www.regulations.gov on or before October 1, 2012 or reach the Docket Management Facility by that date.
