CMA CGM to Upgrade its EURAF Services

 In a continued effort to provide increased reliability and quality service in a challenging environment, CMA CGM Group is strengthening its coverage of Europe to West Africa with the addition of the direct call in Cameroon on its EURAF 5 service and the EURAF 4 service upgrade connecting Europe to West Africa strategic markets.

 
Effective July 26th, 2016, main improvements on EURAF 5 will be the following:
Direct service from North Europe to Douala with a fortnightly frequency combined with a shortened transit time by 7 days. Therefore, it is one of the best transit time on the market with Douala from Antwerp in 28 days and from Le Havre in 29 days.
Our exporters in Douala will benefit from a very fast and direct transit time to North Europe: Northern France will be reached in 16 days, Antwerp in 17 days.
 
The calls in Lobito and Namibe will have a fortnightly frequency and will alternate with Douala 
EURAF 5 service port coverage is as follows: Le Havre - Antwerp - Lisbon - Tangiers - Algeciras - Pointe Noire - Luanda - Lobito (fortnightly) - Namibe (fortnightly) - Douala (fortnightly) - Abidjan - Tangiers NB - Le Havre
 
Starting July 26th, 2016, NEW EURAF 4 service will further strengthen by providing significant product improvements:
Under the new Vessel Sharing Agreement, CMA CGM Group will contribute to 6 vessels of 8, the fleet will be upgraded from 2,500 TEU to vessel size ranging 3,100 - 3,500 TEU
NEW EURAF 4 will be improved with weekly calls at Bata and Malabo. The present service EQUATORIAL GUINEA EXPRESS will be discontinued as from MV GISELE A ETA Algeciras July 18th.
 
Direct service from West Mediterranean to Equatorial Guinea with shortened transit time up to 6 days. Bata is reached from Livorno in 20 days, Malabo from Valencia in 19 days.
NEW EURAF 4 service port coverage is as follows: Livorno - Genoa - Marseilles - Barcelona - Valencia - Algeciras - Tangiers - Lome - Bata - Malabo - Onne (fortnightly) - Port Gentil - Libreville - Douala - Lome NB (fortnightly) - San Pedro (fortnightly) - Algeciras - Livorno
