Tilbrook Joins Woodside Board

Woodside has appointed Mr Gene Tilbrook to its Board as a non-executive director effective
4 December 2014. Mr Tilbrook joins Woodside as an independent director.


Mr Tilbrook has broad experience in corporate strategy, investment and finance. He was a senior
executive of Wesfarmers Limited between 1985 and 2009, including in roles as Executive Director
Finance and Executive Director Business Development. Mr Tilbrook is currently a non-executive
director of Aurizon Holdings Limited, Orica Limited, Fletcher Building Limited, GPT Group Limited and
the Bell Shakespeare Company. He is also President of the Western Australia division of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors and a councillor of Curtin University.

Mr Tilbrook holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees
