APM Terminals to Divest Pentalver Transport

 

The purchase price is GBP £87 million (or approximately USD $110 million at current exchange rates), subject to final working capital and other closing adjustments. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including competition clearances and the finalization of certain lease agreements, which are expected in the first quarter of 2017.

Pentalver has been part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group since acquired in 1995. Pentalver offers container transport (trucking and haulage), specialist transport, loaded & empty container storage and inland container logistics solutions within five strategically placed UK facilities that combined handle over one million TEU of containers each year.
