JO Tankers to Lay off Officers and Reflag

According to an August 26 report from Lloyd’s List, JO Tankers, the world number three chemtanker operator, is to make around 50 Dutch officers redundant and is likely to reflag four of its vessels from the Dutch register to Singapore.
