The SHIPPINGInsight producers announced that the agenda for the 2013 Fleet Optimization Conference has been finalized. 

Now in its second year, the 2013 SHIPPINGInsight Conference addresses the challenges, solutions, technologies and best practices for improving efficiency in ship and fleet operations. It will take place Oct. 22-24 at the Sheraton Stamford Hotel in Connecticut.

Keynote speakers will be Anthony Chiarello, CEO of Tote, Inc., and Yasushi Nakamura, executive vice president of ClassNK. Confirmed panel moderators and speakers include senior executives from major shipowners and ship management companies, including APL, Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, Gemini Tankers, Heidmar, Maersk Lines, M.T. Maritime Management, Nordic Tankers, NYK Line, OSG, Royal Caribbean, TBS/Roymar and V Ships.

Panel sessions include Meeting the Environmental Challenge, Efficient Ship Design, Fuel and Propulsion Management, System Performance Monitoring and Maintenance, Fleet Intelligence and Voyage Optimization, Ship Performance Optimization and Managing Organizational Change.
