Semco Appoints Mercer as Managing Director

Semco Maritime Ltd. has appointed Brian Mercer new Managing Director in the UK. 

Brian Mercer has taken up the position as Managing Director based on a diverse background with more than 30 years of experience covering oil & gas, aeronautical engineering, project and program management, operations and maintenance management and asset integrity. He holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the Heriot-Watt University, a Master of Arts degree in defense studies from the King’s College London and is a chartered engineer.

Since 2005, Mercer has directed and managed a number of organizations and businesses in the oil & gas industry covering: Brownfield EPC projects and modifications; maintenance; asset integrity and engineering consultancies. His most recent position has been Managing Director of Theon Ltd.
