OOS Secures 10 Month Charter

February 24, 2010

OOS International B.V., an offshore services company that provides offshore accommodation services, announced that it officially secured a 10-month 250 Pax DPII time charter contract plus options for the Halani Group, chartering the vessel Halani 1 to Acergy-/Exxon. The vessel will be operated by the Halani Group and will work offshore Angola.

“This is a significant achievement for the company; we were able to complete such a unique transaction over the course of 200 days. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the support of so many people who believe in OOS International, including our French colleagues, employees, customers, and vendors. We are looking forward to a prosperous future,” said Managing Director M.G. Mapes.
