Seanergy Raise Cash on 'Clipper Glory'

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. sells 'Clipper Glory', a 30,570 dwt Handysize drybulk carrier built in 2007, for US$11.25-million.

The Company used the sale proceeds to reduce debt and for working capital purposes.

Following the completion of sale of the Clipper Glory, the company's fleet consists of two Capesize, two Panamax, two Supramax and eight Handysize dry bulk carriers with an average age of 14.7 years.

Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. is a Marshall Islands corporation with its executive offices in Athens, Greece, engaged in the transportation of dry bulk cargoes through the ownership and operation of dry bulk carriers.
