UPS Resumes Operations in Some Parts of Storm-battered Texas

United Parcel Service Inc said on Thursday it resumed operations in Austin and some parts of Corpus Christi, Texas, that were halted due to Hurricane Harvey, though operations remained closed in the storm-battered Houston area.

The company said it restored service to more than 150 zip codes and would continue to resume operations in affected communities as it was safe to do so.
