Rates, Fees of Danish Maritime Authority to be Revised

November 28, 2015

A number of fee rates within the Danish Maritime Authority's area will be changed from 2016. The price schedule is available from the webpage of the Danish Maritime Authority.

The Danish Maritime Authority has recalculated the rates of the fees within the Authority's area.

The changed fee rates concern the following:

Bunkers, CLC, Athens and AFS certificates,
yacht captain exams,
discharge books,
SRC copies and
certificates of proficiency and speedboat certificates.
Furthermore, the hourly rate for surveys will be changed. In the future, the same hourly rate will apply irrespective of whether it concerns ordinary activities or commercial activities.

The fee rates are fixed so as to ensure full coverage of the costs related to the fee area concerned over a four-year period.

The complete price schedule, which applies from 1 January 2016, is available at http://www.dma.dk/SiteCollectionDocuments/Nyheder/2015/synstakster%20og%20certifikater%20g%C3%A6ldende%20fra%201%20januar%202016-uk.pdf.
