RNA Proposed for Portland, Ore.

The US Coast Guard proposes to establish a regulated navigation area (RNA) on waters of the Willamette River at Portland Terminal 4 in Portland, Oregon. The RNA is intended to preserve the integrity of engineered sediment caps at the Portland Harbor Superfund Site. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by January 29, 2010. 74 Fed.
