Projemar Contracts with Sener

The reference ship and offshore design consultancy in Brazil, Projemar, has entered a license contract with Sener for the use of FORAN.

After the implementation of FORAN in its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, Projemar is conducting an on the job learning process that includes the actual detail design a mineral carrier for a Brazilian shipyard, covering the complete structure and outfitting 3D model and the manufacturing outputs.

Projemar joins the Brazilian FORAN users base that includes, among others, the Brazilian Navy Shipyard (AMRJ) and Ship Design Center (CPN) in Rio de Janeiro, the STX shipyard in Niteroi, the Itajaí shipyard and the School of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
