North Korean Ship Detained in India

According to an Oct. 4 report from the Associated Press, India's coast guard detained a North Korean ship headed for Pakistan after it dropped anchor in Indian waters without permission, a news agency reported. It was not immediately clear what cargo the ship was carrying.
