MatchBack Systems, Inc., a leading software as a service (SaaS) solution to plan, optimize and automate street-turns, and Trinium Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise software to the intermodal trucking and container drayage industries, hasannounced a technology partnership between the two companies.

“It’s a logical partnership for two leading platforms to collaborate to benefit a common customer base”, said Dennis Lane, Chief Commercial Officer of Trinium Technologies. “We like the traction that MatchBack Systems has achieved in the marketplace. Their services help connect the delivering container with its next pick-up to increase inland container re-use and create dual port transactions. Trinium customers can realize significant cost and emissions savings as well as operational efficiencies with the addition of these street-turn capabilities.”

“Every day we use Trinium’s TMS and feed our data to MatchBack Systems to identify matchbacks. Both platforms are easy to use and work well together for CPG”, said Bob Leef, Senior Vice President for ContainerPort Group, one of the largest intermodal trucking companies in the U.S.

“Partnering with Trinium Technologies was a straightforward decision for MatchBack Systems. Both companies deliver practical and scalable technology solutions that automate processes for the transportation industry,” said Todd Ericksrud, CEO, MatchBack Systems. “Like Trinium, our approach is to enable companies to improve their bottom line. Our systems are designed to help clients optimize the efficiency of their operations and reduce costs, delivering significant ROI.”
