Maritime Services Corp. announced the following individual company promotions; Donald Helt, to COO; David Culpepper, to President, replacing Charlie Capovilla; Ken Carpenter, Vice President Cruise Refurbishment; and Nathan Brennan; to Vice President, Commercial Sales; and Dianna Thomas, to CFO, replacing Andre Young.
