Ladd Joins Elliott Bay Design Group

Elliott Bay Design Group (EBDG), a Seattle-based Naval Architect and Marine Engineering firm with offices in New Orleans and Ketchikan, announced today that it has hired Jen Ladd to head its human resources department. Ladd, formerly a consultant for the firm, brings more than 18 years of experience to her new role as part-time HR director.

As HR Director, Ladd's responsibilities will include the formal establishment of EBDG's human resources department as well as facilitating recruitment and talent acquisition.

Ladd’s background includes management development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management, as well as training and coaching. Ladd is a graduate of Duke University and a member of Association for Talent Development Society for Human Resource Management and the International Coach Federation, Washington State Chapter.
