Kritzman Joins Cozen O’Connor’s Miami Office

Robert M. Kritzman has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in the transportation and logistics practice, resident in the Miami office. He was previously a shareholder in Fowler White Burnett's maritime and corporate practice groups. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Norwegian Cruise Line.
 
Kritzman focuses his practice on corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on maritime transactions and regulatory matters. He counsels clients on financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate investigations and government relations. Before joining his previous firm, he spent 13 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). In addition to his role as general counsel at NCL, he also oversaw different executive and management responsibilities.
 
Kritzman earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida.
