IMarEST Further Expands into Asia-Pacific

The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) has strengthened its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region by appointing David Kelly MCIM MIMarEST, currently Head of Marketing at IMarEST’s London headquarters, as Director of Asia-Pacific.


The new position, based in Singapore, will be taken up in August this year and has been created to support the existing Asia-Pacific team and to drive growth and awareness of the Institute in the region.


A Chartered Marketer, Kelly  graduated with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations and rose through the ranks to become Marketing Manager at IWSC Group Ltd. before going on to manage Group Sales and Marketing. He joined the IMarEST in 2012 and has since spearheaded the development and execution of a completely reinvigorated marketing strategy which has fortified the Institute and supported rapid growth over the past three years.
