HydroComp Propeller Design & Analysis Course

HydroComp’s new two-day comprehensive PROPS2010 Bootcamp is an intensive professional development workshop on marine propeller design and analysis. This course was developed to fill demand from propeller builders and distributors, naval architects and shipbuilders, ship operators, and engine and transmission companies. This Bootcamp will be held on April 29-30 in Durham, New Hampshire. The two-day Bootcamp will have four principal topic groups that follow the common “life-cycle” of a marine propeller:
1. principles of propulsion and propeller sizing
2. fundamentals of detail propeller design
3. propeller CAD
4. propeller analysis and troubleshooting
