Hansa Heavy Lift GmbH Files for Insolvency

Hansa Heavy Lift GmbH has filed an application with the Hamburg District Court for the opening of insolvency proceedings. 

The court has appointed the experienced Hamburg restructuring expert, lawyer and tax consultant Dr. Christoph Morgen as preliminary insolvency administrator. He is a specialist insolvency solicitor and partner in the national law firm Brinkmann & Partner.

Dr. Christoph Morgen will now get an overview of the current business situation and examine what the company’s first steps within the proceedings could be.

Hansa Heavy Lift operates eleven heavy-cargo vessels. The company was founded in 2011.
